Waitlist: Currently, my waitlist for BCBS averages 2 months or more (depending on your availability), and if I know that you have BCBS, you cannot do private pay. I currently can find space for private pay (potentially with out of network benefits) within a month of contact. I typically can schedule in intensives for EMDR or couples work within a month's time.

For payment, I accept private pay on a sliding scale ($145-$340 per hour) with limited space for BCBS. While I do not take other insurance, with a PPO, you may be reimbursed for sessions via Out-of-Network benefits.
